Record work to reflect on it.

TimeTracker addresses an internal need: automatically recording work time, syncing GitLab and helping employees write weekly reports. The tool gathers data; the report is where the person doing the work explains it.

Three questions for the week.

A useful report can start with three questions: what was completed, what is getting in the way and what should take priority next week? These answers help a reader understand more than a list of activity.

Review performance in context.

Recorded time and activity counts do not explain the quality or difficulty of work on their own. A performance review needs to consider outcomes, task scope and dependencies alongside the data.

TimeTracker is an internal team application. Its project page describes the scope and workflow.
